• Ticket purchases: your name, email address, performance date, and order details. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe, Inc. — we never see or store your card number.
• Donations: your name, email address, and donation amount, processed through Stripe.
• Join applications: the name, email, discipline, and message you submit through our join form.
• Newsletter: the email address you provide when subscribing.
• Automatic data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) collected by our hosting provider for security and performance.

2. How We Use Information

• to process ticket orders and maintain our guest list at the door;
• to process donations and send receipts;
• to respond to join applications and inquiries;
• to send the newsletter you subscribed to (you can unsubscribe at any time);
• to operate, secure, and improve the Site;
• to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate the Site — Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and Neon (database) — each bound by their own privacy and security obligations;
• Legal authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

4. Cookies & Analytics

The Site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting platform may set strictly necessary cookies and collect aggregate performance analytics. If we add analytics tools in the future, we will update this policy.

We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Join applications and newsletter subscriptions are kept until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer needed. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by contacting us.
